Looks nice, @lis. Looks like you are using Vallejo metallics. They seem to work well for me, although I haven't used them for an entire plane. You are right, sleep is good.

Interestingly, only after painting aluminum in two places some inequalities appeared (wing tip and on the engine cover), which I sanded to bare plastic, painted with a primer and again Super Fine SIlver II. I do not know if, considering the above, my eyesight is already failing me, but only the subtle color of aluminum highlighted the imperfections of the previous layers.
