    Way to go Jordyn ! These real planes were surprisingly tiny... and I like how yours is turning out.

    Tamiya kits fit together well, and they have some nice details molded into them right out of the box, so nothing is usually needed to make a very good looking model.

    The nice thing about posting your "in progress" builds here, is that you can always go back and edit them. You can add pictures later if you want too. You can also post as many as you like. This is a fantastic website and it's very easy to use.

    Please keep us posted with your Salamander. It's a cool little jet. You typically don't see too many of them built.

    Here she is with some decals on. Landing gear will be last. There is a comparison photo of a 1/48th mustang and a 1/72nd spitfire.

    Looks good Jordyn ... keep it up. It's amazing at just how small the real one is. Having a picture with the Mustang sitting beside it gives you an idea of how tiny the real one actually is.
