    @johnb - having done this kit's "big brother," the 1/48 Wellington, I can assure you that surface detail is done in such a way that if you try to reduce it you will really Muck. Things. Up. Leave it alone.

    Looks good enough John. @johnb. Other than you, who's going to notice?

    @fiveten, thanks Spiros

    @tcinla, thanks fro the feedback Tom. Looking at how the molds are, it might be turning out in a difficult operation to get it nicely reduced evenly on all areas.

    @eb801, thanks Eric, it is indeed a lot of work and number of parts, which will only be remembered by looking at pictures later on. Nevertheless, for some reason I do like to work on those interiors.

    @airbum, thanks Erik

    Work on the seating continued, this time one of the seats for the operators.
    The Eduard PE set provides a very nice replacement for the orignal plastic parts, including a 'basket', not sure exactly where it was used for, bottle of water, compressed air for oxygen.

    Good work! One of my fav books is about crew of Vickers Welington from 300 squadron. Will you use decals from the box?

    @lis, thanks a lot. I will be using the decals from the box for 301st Polish squadron.

    @lis - New Airfix, hands down, no contest. The Wellington I is nice and nobody ever did a Wellington II before.

    @tcinla I did not notice at all that this is the Airfix mk.II version. So if I stick to the Ic version, it's just Trumpeter because Airfix is out of stock.

    @lis - no. Airfix also makes a Ic.
