Tamiya's YZR-M1

Built OOB using the following paints:

Testors MM Acryl
True Blue Pearl

Testors Metalizers
Titanium
Titanium Bronze
Gunmetal
Aluminum Coat

Acrylic:
Black
Clear Blue

Lots of polishing and waxing between coats, but I never did achieve that "miles deep" shine. Overall, though, I'm pretty happy with the outcome.

  3. It's great, James, nice to see someone else modelling one of these. I think they make great models, need lots of work, give you room to experiment with the different metallic finishes, etc.
