Monogram AC-47 Spooky gunship 1\48th
The AC-47 gunship was a test bed for the gun platform intended for AC-130 gunship. It was a devastating weapon. This Spooky replica has motorized props as well as an LED interior, I tried some photos in the dark but they are not coming out well.

Nice looking Spooky, Steven. Hard to believe it’s been 49 years since the C-47 was first tested as a gunship and they’re still active in South America, admittedly with the BT-67 conversion, but the Dragon still roars

Spooky!!! Great . I can remember when Airfix released a version of it all those years ago.
I have got some great pics somewhere of them in action.
Lovely build and paint job plus some good pics as well.
Nice one Steven.

Nice job, but you airplane is haunted by phantom propellers! How did that happen? (Check you photos if you haven’t seen it and you’ll see what I’m talking about. They’re the last two in the set.) I like your execution of the exhaust stacks, very life like! I’m still looking for a Monogram C-47/DC-3. I want to do a military version, but the issue they had a while back in Eastern Airlines would look pretty cool too!

the props are motorized and running in the last two pictures cool effect, I wish I meant to do that

Steven,
Well my prop question has been answered.
Another Monogram beauty done by you. The quality of this kit is still great for it’s age. You have done another masterful job on this.
