Hi to all,
this is my first post here, so be gentle 🙂
This build was done 2 years ago, mainly OOB with some scratchbuilding. In that period I was experimenting with using acrylic colors for wash, I was not satisfied with final effect at the end.
All in all I recommend this kit, had little trouble with it, but nothing too serious.
Painted with Vallejo acrylics.
If you like it I will post some more builds 🙂
If all you posts are like this one it's you who will need to go easy on us.
Well done & welcome aboard.
Stunning Milan, a great build t post as your first one.
Well done sir.
Thanks for sharing a quite rare airplane in any scale. This is a first in seeing one of these built. Well done and looking forward to so more builds. Welcome aboard and you hit a homerun with this one.

Great work there. I was eying this one in my local hobby shop recently but resisted buying it. I look forward to seeing more of your models on I-modeller.
Excellent and detailed build, Milan. This one belongs to the top ones german birds I have seen ever ...
beautiful build
What a beautiful build, Milan. Welcome!
Good looking build of an unusual subject!
Welcome to the group.
Outstanding build and finish! Looks like a greenhouse with wings.
I can't but add my "atta boy" to all the others, Milan...very nice work all around!
Thank you guys for your kind comments, I'm glad you like it.
Will definitely post some more builds 🙂
Welcome aboard sir. That's a helluva sweet build, great detail work. Look forward to seeing your handiwork from here on.
I can't comment on the model, other than it looks nice in the first picture, which is adequately lit. May I suggest you take your pix into your graphics program, and (if it's Photoshop) click "Adjust," then "Brightness/Contrast" and bring both up to where the model can be seen more easily. It's an easy "save" with digipix.
My monitor shows your photos quite well - Only thing wrong I can think of with this is that you didn't post it sooner! Keep 'em coming, this is fantastic!
PS - unique plane too, kinda like a goth/biker P-38 from the dark side.
Milan,
Beautiful, outstanding, stunning, on and on. What an excellent first post and welcome.
Excellent model, Milan, looking forward to seeing more of your work.
Nice clean build.
Milan,
Beautifully done "Eagle Owl". Looking forward to your future posts for sure.
Milan,
Great job on what must be a difficult kit to build. The greenhouse canopy looks like a tough one to do. I think your photography is beautiful. The dark background seems to go with the menacing look of this aircraft. Looking forward to seeing more of your work. Many thanks and welcome to iModeler!
If I "like it"...man, its awesome. Right build, right finish, just right all over.
Glad your build went well...mine was painful, especially following the moment when it was 75% done, the landing gear painstakingly positioned properly while holding model awkwardly...and it slipping from my careful grip, busting-up one landing gear on the bench. Got it glued-up but its a bit off kilter from the front. On a ten scale, yours is 10, mine's a 2...at best.
Beautifully done, especially that canopy!
More!
Hi, Milan...
First off, yes I like the model very much, and hope you will post more builds in future... :-).
The finish is excellent. I made my first attempt on this kit using acrylics also... not good, so I reverted to enamels! It is a very nice kit and mostly easy to build.
One small issue... the codes on the right side of the aircraft are the wrong way round. The parent code, in this case '5D', should sit to the left side of the cross, irrespective of what side the aircraft is viewed from, with the I/D and Staffel letter to the right side. Perhaps you can correct that; nonetheless, your excellent modelling skills and abilities are very apparent.
I look forward to seeing your future builds.
Regards,
Paul
