Panhard 178 with Renault turret (RPM 1/72)
Wheeled armored vehicles is my second favorite topic after aviation and I build some of them from time to time. This one is from the well known Panhard’s family of French wheeled AFV’s. My model represents Panhard 178 with Renault-type turret built in 1940.
Kit in 1/72 scale by RPM (Poland). It’s a short run kit, so needs some work and patience during assembly. Anyway the kit is quite good and also there is photo-etched sets from Part (I didn’t use it with my model).
Painted with Model Master enamel (base color) and AKAN acrylics. Weathered with oils and pigments as I usually do.

Very nice! Looks like a turret on wheels. Like the weathering effect you achieved.

The bravery of the people who operated machines like this is beyond belief, but, it makes for a neat little model.
