Revell Rafale M
Here are a few pictures of the Revell Rafale M which I have just completed, this will be featured in Model airplane International soon. This is the 1:48 scale kit and a great kit it is too. What I didn’t enjoy were all the darn stencil decals which took days to apply and all those stores, particularly the six Paveways. WWII aircraft are so much easier. Hope you enjoy the pictures!

Nice build, Alan….looks like it was well worth the effort. Personally, I enjoy the decal process (to my way of thinking, it makes or breaks the kits’ appeal).

Well done Alan, This is an aircraft that has some really nice lines to it, and with your fine work here, looks really nice. All loaded up looks extra neat. Ya, I too struggle trying to justify building stuff without a prop, but sometimes you just have to step into the dark side, and find out what all the fuss is about. I really like this one / good job !

Nice job, Alan! Rafale is my favorite modern fighter.

Great job Alan. The Rafale is a great looking aircraft. Always been on my “want to do list.” You did a great paint/decal job. Totally understand what you mean about stencil decals on modern aircraft. Has put me off a kit or two in the past. Yours looks well worth the effort.

Excellent build and finish! I built one tricked out for Air to Air, and really like how yours looks loaded for bear in attack mode. Looks menacing.
