The British Phantom is by our own Pat Watson, who invested considerable time and expense to get the aircraft ‘right.’ We thought it would fare better on the day but that’s judging for you 😉

It was very ompressive. I particularly liked the crew figures busy looking out from the cockpit, really lifelike.

The 1/32 Wingnut Ninak is a good friend of mines, it is possibly the best i have ever seen. It took him over a year to build, with a lot of research and scratchbuilidng, and it won the Gaspatch trophy.
I have one in the stash, but the amount of rigging frightens the life out of me!
Good report Rob, it was an excellent show, and a bit heavy on the old bank account!!!!

The bare bones 104 gets my vote! 1/32? Even in that scale someone was still armed with a tiny drill bit and a big bag of patience!
