GWH 1/48 Focke-Wulf Fw189A-2 Uhu, Royal Bulgarian Airforce
Built in 2013, the nice GWH kit with Authentic decals, painted with Gunze and Tamiya acrylics.
The model shows an a/c that flew with the Bulgarian 331 Air Squadron in July 1944.

Very well done. I love the “Flying Eye”. Not a criticism, but I believe the A-2 version should have two spent cartridge chutes on the underside. One for the dorsal gun position the other for the tail. For some reason the kit did not provide these. These chutes were added when they went to the MG 81Z armament.

Agree, this model brings the best of what you get in the box. Strange that it’s a seldom seen built kit, and from what I recall reading it’s not a bad one…and it sure is the only game in town for the scale. Thanks for posting
