Well Finally, after more than 1 year, and 310 hours of work finished the Ship ISE, a model is good but it has many flaws in details, to which many improvements were added…Plastruct styrene sheet, Rod,strip…, Generic PE from Tetra models in railings and safety nets, Flyhawk vertical and inclined ladders, Watertight Doors, lifebuoy from dream models, Brass pipe 0,3mm-0,4mm-0,5mm, 0.8mm improvements…stairs and handrails from flyhawk, resins ciws phallanx from bigblueboy in addition to the set us marine from gallery models …weathering from Tamiya set B, invisible thead .004 mm nylon. Tamiya, Model master and Humbrol Enamels Paints...satin lacquer From Rust-Oleum.

It does not qualify ... because it is a helicopter carrier.

Yeah but "DD" is a destroyer. I think it has to do with the "self-defense" business with the Japanese military. And out and out "helicopter carrier" could be seen as "offensive."
