144th Scale Revell AVRO – RJ-85 Airliner
I built this model back in October, 2009. I cut out and then filled in the window area’s with white styrene stock because Revell supplied excellent window decals. I don’t know who flew this airline, nor when it flew. I added “b-b’s” to the nose area, but I have no photos too show. If you have any question’s, most like I won’t have an answer…Rodney

Excellent job, Rodney.
If you didn’t tell the windows were decals, I wouldn’t have noticed.
Nice build.

A lot of my airline model have excellent “window” decals, so most of the time, (95%) I cut out the windows and fill them in w/styrene sticks, etc. It’s a bit of work doing it this way as you have to sand the area smooth & re-scribe the panel lines, da! da! da!
However, the clear windows look better, but you can’t see into the cabin area, and if you could there is nothing in it.
I lost my posted “iModeler” list & had to make another one & I have posted 138 items on the site. Eric,(??) said I should quit posting and let the rest of you modeler’s post your stuff.
WHAT SHOULD I DO…….as I have another 150 models I could post…….????
