P-39 Airacobra Kitty Hawk
Another model goes to my shelf. This time, a design that appears at competitions quite sporadically, namely the P-39 Airacobra. The model itself is quite nice, but I added Eduard plates, HGW belts, Master barrels and Eduard exhaust pipes. Markings painted from stencils drawn by Mr. Decal and Maketar cut
Looks awsome, Artur! Great job on this unconventional aircraft. Great paintjob and weathering, not too much grime.

I have to say that I started looking at this from the personal taste of not being a huge fan of "opened up" models. But by #20, I was a fan of this "opened up" model. Really quite nice, realistic work, with good attention to detail and excellent wear/weathering. You sold me.

This model is a great show piece. The weathering is very appealing and your slight fading
gives it a unique appearance, very much so with those Russian markings. Nice detailing work.
