PTO tribute
I only picked one out of the several subjects that I have of to represent the Pacific war tribute, The USS Enterprise CV-6, One Of three US carriers that were built before the war started and managed to survive through it's completion, Ranger CV-4 and Saratoga CV-3 being the other two. I'm partial to it being a former carrier sailor my self. The model is the old Revell 1/460ish kit.

I can't think of a better vessel to represent the Pacific War than the CV-6 Enterprise. It looks like the venerable Revell kit has a decent overall outline. I am sure it is cheaper to come by than the astronomically expensive Merit kit in 1/350. Nice construction and paint work and very pleasant to look at. Thanks for posting.

Supposedly the Revell kit still has one the most accurate shaped hulls.@coling.

Well done Robert, the Mighty E, great history behind this carrier too bad they didn't save her for posterity. Would have been a great floating museum.
