Hi Tolga!
This is (another) wonderful build of yours.
I jus love Gabreski's scheme and you made an excellent representation of it!
Thanks Spiros
That’s really nice, Tolga! P-47s are especially impressive in 1/32.
Thanks John
Darn nice model. The quality of your images is right on. As a retired film/still photographer & model builder, it's nice to see quality photo's of an exceptional well built model.
Thanks Rodney
Especially good to hear this comment from a film photographer
The green camouflage looks terrific, really brings life to the model
Thank you Pedro. Maybe most attractive scheme on P-47
Beautifully done, one of the nicest T-Bolt's I've seen. Excellent photography, also. Congratulations!
Thanks Colin
Excellent Gabreski T-Bolt Tolga, Simply a marvel of details through out. Interior, paint work, the weathering. Museum quality as usual. Outstanding P-47.
Thanks Chuck
Once again, a real beauty! Love Gabreski's scheme - there is one of those in my future... I still don't know how you can get so many models built so quickly!
Thanks Greg
Actually after my retirement, my model production increased significantly.
I am trying to make smaller my bucket list 🙂
Finally, someone got the upper camo sequence correct: grey OVER the overall green.
Beautiful result, Tolga.
Very nice build, Tolga.
Like said by many, the scheme is fantastic and well performed.
Tolga @tolgaul
My friend you have built the ultimate "Gabby" Gabreski Thunderbolt. I have been doing some online research and found several B&W videos posted of him taxying in this very plane... Here are a few photos that most have seen. This is it's ultimate fate...
and this one shows it in happier times. This was part of the video I mentioned.
I wanted to build up a smaller version using the Tamiya P-47 in 1/48 scale. I will be using your build as a reference too... It's that good !
Thank you for sharing this beauty with us. I also pressed the "liked" button.
Thanks Louis
Yes before starting to this I also have checked all available references.
Good luck on your P-47
Thank you for those images!
Nothing looks like a P-47, and you have really captured the look in this big kit. Great job, Tolga (@tolgaul).
Thanks George
Beautifully done!
Thanks Robert
Great build, Tolga.
I've got this plane to build too, but in 1/48.
I must rearrange my stack...
Thanks Michael
Thanks to Tom Cleaver and John Biggelaar.
I don t know why but I can not reply to their comments.
Maybe a technical issue
Tolga: your builds always knock me out but you’ve really done it big time with Gabby’s mount. Fantastic!
Thanks Eric.
🙂 ... Greetings ... 🙂 :
I am at awe just by looking at the images. You have done Gabby a very true honor.
Fitting enough for a display all by itself. Nice and good work Tolga, thank you for sharing these images.
Thank you
Very well done! Congratulations.
