Ocean Liner Kasugamaru
This is the Ocean Liner Kasugamaru. It is an old Aoshima kit in 1/700, I have used a camouflage similar to that of other Japanese ships. In reality, this ship barely had activity as a merchant because it was rebuilt as an aircraft carrier and renamed as Taiyo. All the masts have been replaced by copper wire or rods. Generic railing. The paintings used are Vallejo 70,990 (light gray) FS 36375 and Vallejo 70,868 FS 36118. The cover with Vallejo 70,819 and 70,983. The sea is made with acrylic paint and Vallejo Water effects.

Beautiful model, it’s hard to believe it’s so small. Very convincing sea by the way

Another one of your amazing builds, Manuel!
Detail level is amazing, especially for the scale.
Well done!

Guys, thank you very much for your words. I was also surprised by the result of this model, which was somewhat complicated.

As someone who dabbles in 1/700, this kind of result is what I want my models to look like (but don’t.)
