Build from the box with some added necessary details from the wires.
Painted with MRP paint and AK real colors.
Decals some paint airbrush.
Numbers from Fine Molds because Tamiya's wrong codes and oversized.

It’s a gem of a kit. A very good paintwork and rendition of the ame-iro colour in my opinion. I like it!
What was the brand you used for the ame-iro, MRP or AK?

Since MRP is not yet move with Japanese paints. I resorted to AK real color but they have disadvantages that decal softer melts the color and varnishes of Ak. So I put 3 layers of MRP gloss.

Thanks Samo! I have used Micro Sol/Set over some Gloss varnished AK lacquers (RC) with no issues at all. There are other decal softener solutions a lot stronger of course, perhaps you used one of those brands, no? Anyway thanks pointing out the paint
