Hasegawa 1/72 Mitsubishi F-2A
Hasegawa 1/72 scale kit
I assembled the 1/72 F-2 from the standard box.
I made some modifications to the nose cable, AOA sensor, pitot tube, wing tip cables and nozzles, but the rest of the kit is as is.

Very nice work sir I'll bet that color scheme took some time
Thank you, I finished the camouflage painting using the B&W method.
That is some pretty incredible paint work. I love the scheme! Nice build also.
The camouflage colors were worth the effort to express. It was fun to paint.
Fantastic paintwork, especially in 1/72.
This was a well-done kit, so I was able to concentrate on painting.
Excellent job as usual, Dagored!
The F-2 is such an interesting plane, looks gorgeous with that camo.
Love the weathering!
The camouflage of the F-2 was fun to paint because the colors were worthy of fading.
Beautiful build, Dagored @dagored
The scheme is fantastic and the weathering as well.
Thank you, the camouflage paint was fun to apply.
Well done. I love that scheme.
Thank you.
Beautifully done! I built that same kit (made the "B" version) a year or so ago and really enjoyed it. It's a sharp-looking Viper cousin, and in that Ocean Blues maritime scheme is a real standout. You're paint fading/weathering is really nice.
The F-2 is also a beautiful double-seat aircraft, so I would like to build and align it. Hasegawa's kits have been produced with many different markings, so there is a lot of fun to be had in choosing the right one.
This camo looks really fantastic!
That's a great paint job!
Thank you very much, I enjoyed applying the camouflage paint to express the faded color.
