A blast from the past! I did this kit when it first came out. It came with a model in the landing configuration as well.

I bought this in trashed condition, vertical stabilizer is scratch. Decals saved this.

Wow! Cool to see this could-have-been in PanAm livery. Not as elegant as the Concord, though.
There were several incarnations of the Boeing project, this was the first with swing wings. The last had a stationary delta wing like Concorde, but it was much larger, for 250-300 passengers.
