First of all apologies for not posting this sooner, due to life and work as this was completed back in April this year.
OcCre 1/54 Endeavour π€Ίπ€Ίπ€Ίβββ
After 13 months work on my Endeavour, she is finally finished. It's been a great kit & build
I have improvised in a few things like my
17 Hand sewn sails, 550 Reefpoints/gaskets
55 rope hanks, 50 belaying pins, 40 chainplates , Rigging instructions conforming with the AOS ENDEAVOUR book etc... now after 1100 clove hitches, 164 Deadeyes, 250+ Rigging Blocks, 12 Heart blocks & god knows how many miles of thread, she is now ready to set sail.
Wishing Everyone all the best in this great hobby of ours, and keep building those works of art.
I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed building her.

Absolutely outstanding, Robert @rtmfc1. I hate to overuse this word, but it really is a quite the "museum" piece. Your Endeavour is something to be seriously proud of and you have earned full bragging rights!

Echoing all the above comments. This is fine art. Only question is βwhereβs the bottle to put it in?β LOL
Thank you very much Matt for those appreciative words. I think it maybe easier to put her in a glass display case than a bottle lol..
Just came upon you Endeavour model and was blown away with the level of modelling skills it would have taken to build it .A work of art first class. Congratulations on such a fine build. Incidently I was working at Aeronautical Research Laboratories in Melbourne in 1969 when we received 2 cannon salvaged from Endeavour reef which the Lab was asked to restore, I remember them in a reverse electrolysis tanks at the time, they were very much in need of TLC.
Hi Ian
Thanks very much for those kind words.
Wow 2 Cannons Salvaged that must have been a very unique and extremely exciting experience.
