I was working on this a while ago; got stuck; and put it away.
Started working on it again recently; got it to a presentable point; and "voila."

The Invasion of Finland, in other words.
An unlikely subject for a figure, I'll grant you, as international opinion was solidly against the USSR, leading to her expulsion from the League of Nations, but I do sympathize with the average Russian soldier, who was victimized not only by the enemy, in this case, the Finns, who showed themselves to be the best winter fighters in the world, but also by the utter incompetence of their own leadership.
