Beautiful work - as always. Could you take these photos and run them through your graphics program again? Brighten them a bit so we can clearly see all the beautiful detail I know this model is filled with. Thanks.
Hi Tom,
I must admit to doing no photo manipulation other than to crop them in iPhoto and make sure the colours are the same as I see on the model in front of me.
Whenever I turn the lighting up I get a lot of glare on the shinier parts of the model and a general washed out look.
What do you use?
About 12 months ago I came a cross a well known 'celeb' aircraft modeller who's work has graced many a magazine with stunning photos. One of his pieces of work was on display at a European show so I checked it out...it was nothing like the incredible magazine article...dull and boring by comparison with the flaws still there! I felt cheated.
I just show what I can see. 😉
