The unique ZeroTrainer is well depicted by Hasegawa. These aircraft had extensive yellow to orange color coverage over the lower surfaces and sometimes also the upper.
Nicely done! paint-perfect.
I have both Hasegawa Zero trainers in the storage unit, but will probably never build them. Gonna be worth
lotsa bucks some day! 😉
Excellent as always, Rafi @blackmopane
I was not even aware of a Zero trainer variant, nice to see that Hasegawa has this unique aircraft in their program.
Excellent result as always, Rafi!
Love the orange!
Thank you Spiros!
Nice Zero, Rafi. I think Hasegawa did every version of the Zero including the prototype.
Thank you John.
The trainer is my favorite.

The trainers were always hard to get. Yet, I expect that the prices will drop as soon as Eduard issues their version.
Excellent! I built this one back in 2011. I like your green on top.

Thank you Chas.
Very nicely done including the background.
You did some great work on this Rafi, to get this very nice result.
Having built this kit and discovered the shortcuts Hasegawa made to do it,. I agree with you that the Edusard Zero Trainer will be far better.
Thank you Tom.
Indeed, Hasegawa improvised the rear cockpit and canopy. I expect that the Eduard kit will be much better.

Really good looking build! Thanks for sharing.

Thank you Rod.
Really outstanding work on a very interesting subject.
Thank you Russell.
Very nice (and up to your usual standards!). I'd never seen the trainer version - wonder if anyone makes one in 1/72...?
Thank you Greg!
Not as far as I know.
