1/72 Catalina by Academy
Here is a little 1/72 scale Catalina by Academy, I'm not a fan of Academy, especially their horrible decals, but this kit was a must have for one of my customers and I was happy to obliged to it is one of my favorite aircraft of WW2. This kit is pretty crappy but with enough effort you can make a nice looking model.

Nice looking build Rick. Can you expand on what you don’t like about the kit? Fit issues? Inaccurate shapewise? Lack of detail.
Hi Jim, it doesn’t have great fit, glass had nearly zero detail for framework, lots of ejection pin marks and terrible decals. Oh and very little detail.
