Austin armoured car, 1/35

January 11, 2025 · in Armor · · 4 · 104

Greetings to the forum members.

After being absent for a few weeks due to work issues, I wanted to show you this kit, which I finished a few months ago. It is an Austin armored vehicle, from , scale.

This time I could enjoy building a kit of this brand. In general the MiniArt kits seem to me complicated to build, with a large number of parts, some of very small size.

In this case the construction was easy, with a very good fitting of the pieces, including the photoetched parts. In addition, the instructions were very clear.

Among the versions included in the kit, I chose a vehicle from the army of the People's Republic of Georgia (1918-1921).

For the painting and weathering stage I used Vallejo acrylics, Mig washes, Castle Arts pigments and Alba oils.

I hope the result is to everyone's liking.

Greetings and see you next time.
