Takom 1/35 Pz III N with winterketten
Takom panzer III N during the Leningrad siege. Finished with Vallejo paints and AK filters, washes and pigments. Overall dark grey with field brushed on white wash pattern. Snow on top and lower hull sides is a mix of white and grey pigment fixed with white spirits. Imbedded snow in the tracks is a Vallejo product. Figure is from the Tamiya Pz IV H. All comments and critiques welcomed. Thanks.
Excellent Panzer, John!
Thank you.
This is a really nice build, John @atjoe
The winter camouflage came out beautifully.
Thanks. I’m happy with the camouflage pattern, but not sure which of the 2 snow effects look most to scale.
Fine job, John
Thank you
Great work John, I love the white wash effect...
Thanks. I used Vallejo air white grey and an AK 3/0 brush to simulate the mop applied camouflage
