Amusing Hobby 1/35 "Super Conqueror" Spaced Armour.
This is one of the kits that I grabbed and have been working on.
This is the first "Amusing Hobby" kit. I love it. Apparently, it is more accurate than the Dragon one.
It went together well. The tracks are individual link, and just clip together. I'd say use these and don't spend the much extra money on the Master Club ones.
I decided to construct the lower hull first so that I could spray them the deep bronze green used by the British Army during that era. I sprayed it in about 3 well thinned layers.
I used Humbrol Hu 75 and then several layers of thinned gloss. At first I thought the paint was too light, but once it had been varnished it darkened to match the original colour. Fortunately, I had several pictures and a couple of videos of a Centurion Mk13 which used that colour and the kits colour looks pretty much spot on.
Again, I'll post more pictures "as and when"
