More from the Cradle
A few more pics from the Cradle of Aviation Museum, a couple a little blurry ,sorry.1-F9F-7,2- P-47N, the last one produced, 3-An actual LEM that I I think would have been Apollo 18,4- the prototype LEM ,and 5- a reproduction F-2A Buffalo
Great photos, Robert. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Robert.
When you walk into the darkened room with that REAL LEM, it is an amazing experience. Especially when you turn and look back over your shoulder and see a model of the earth (to scale) glowing above. That really helps give a "feel" for what the engineers, rocket scientists, and astronauts accomplished...almost FIFTY years ago.
Thanks for posting Robert.
Very cool photos Robert. Thanks!
