Babylon 5 alien cruiser

This model is the Alliance models resin kit of the Brakiri heavy cruiser from the classic sci fi series Babylon 5.
It is quite a big model standing nearly 12 inches tall.
The kit has relatively few parts however fit is a bit of an issue and, combined with the multitude of curves, it requires a lot of filling and sanding to get a good finish.
The kit has no real surface details so all windows and panelling are painted on.
You don't get decals but what you do get is a very good set of adhesive paint masks for the markings and windows.
Interesting ship. I somehow missed the Babylon 5 series. You've done very well with the model, Paul!
Beautifully done! It seems this series gets overlooked, I remember some interesting ships.
