Another one bites the dust...

This is a very very very old model from , scale, with handmade Zimmerit.
The model represent a panzerjäger belongs to Kampfgruppen Ulbricht, 1944. This one came from I/653 Pz.Jäger Company. A technical failure made possible the capture of the vehicle, been carry to U.S. and became part of the Aberdeen Proving Ground Museum collection.

Hope you like it.

  1. Brilliantly done sir...excellent work!

  2. Greetings … 🙂 :
Well Mr. Cubas … that is one nice looking Elephant tank. I have always had a liking to this tank as well as the Jagdpanzer 4 and the Brummbar , these vehicles have always captured my attention. Among a few dioramas I am working on, one includes the Elephant, your model captures the feel of that tank. Nice work.

  3. Great Elefant, how did you repro the Zimmerit? I once used several techniques: No-more-nails, Putty and eventually I used rolled Milliput. Check out this Panther here:

    Well done! Michel.
