This is my latest work, 1:48 KV-1 from Tamiya.
Great little kit, built OOB.
I played around with some weathering to achieve that "busy look".
Hope you like it.
Seems like a lot of tank for such a "pop gun" caliber main weapon, I guess it's a light tank. The weathering is top notch as is the entire build, great job!
KV was a "heavy" because of thick armor. The Russian 76.2 mm of the KV and T-34 was top notch in 1941, considering most German tanks of the time had 30mm armor as a basis.
Nice little build there, Not overly weathered either.
Well done Nikola.
Can't go wrong with a Tamiya kit...nice build.
Very nice, Nikola. Nicely weathered. I have a built but unpainted KV1E in the the box that I am freshly inspired to get back to.
Glad I could help, Alan 😉 Go on, finish it.

Thank you Mike.
KV-1 was actually considered a heavy tank, it weighed 45 tons and it had a 76.2 mm gun. It was quite big compared to, say, Sherman.

Excellent model, Nikola, very much!
Also ever get to armored vehicles from Tamiya's 48th scale.
very nice weathering...great realism
Thank you all.
Very nice, well done but not over done!
Hard to do in the smaller scale, very easy to "cross that line"
But nice and subtle
Good job!
Thank you, Steven.
Nikola,
You have done a beautiful job on this. I really like it.
Thanx, Frank.
Yeah like they said. Beautiful job, weathered just right. I like the early slab-sided KV's best.
Very subtle weathering, nicely done.
