Vultee A-35B Vengeance 1/48 AZmodel
The Vultee A-31 Vengeance was an American dive bomber of World War II, built by Vultee Aircraft. A modified version was designated A-35. The Vengeance was not used operationally by the United States, but was operated as a front-line aircraft by the British Royal Air Force, the Royal Australian Air Force, and the Indian Air Force in Southeast Asia and the Southwest Pacific. The A-31 remained in service with U.S. units until 1945, primarily in a target-tug role.
Kit is not good, but this is only one on 1/48 scale. Build was horrible, many times i stop it. But now i like, that have this monster 🙂 on my showcase.
Great job. I have it also but have done many builds like this so will stick to some easy ones for a while. Lol.
Looks great.
A triumph of persistence, determination and obstinance over plastic! You're a braver man than I.
Great result for all the hard work.
Thank you Tom. I borned on april and my sign of zodiac is Aries 🙂 🙂 🙂
It’s an ugly airplane alright, but your work makes it interesting to behold. Great work Josef
Excellent result from a very average kit.
Nicely done Josef.
Not a common subject, looks great!
Seems their 1/72 kits are better than their 1/48 ones...
My father built once the AZ Tunnan which was a pain to build.
You did a great job achieving that end result!
I build AZ Tunnan now and yes,it is pain to build. 🙂

This is a neat looking plane... It would be nice if another company stepped up and made a new tool version of it. I built a balsa wood model of it when I was a kid. It was my second free flight wood and tissue plane and was made by the "Comet" company. My very first balsa kit was a Guilow's Spitfire...
I'll bet you are very proud of completing this model. A lot of hard work went into it I'm sure. Sometimes our toughest builds are our best ones too. Yours look fantastic, and thank you for sharing it with us.
Thank you Louis, your words is big compliment for me.
Very nice - you don't see many of this subject built! Back when I first got back into modeling, one of my first builds was a Vengeance (1/72) in British livery - I thought the cranked wings gave it an unusual look. Must have been an Airfix or Matchbox kit - I don't remember.
Thank you Greg, this kit a nightmare
