My recent build(s) were inspired from Adam Mako's book, Devotion, recounting the heroic story of USN pilots ENS. Jesse Brown and LTJG. Thomas Hudner during the Korean War. Highly recommended.

They look fantastic ! The Corsair also happens to be my favorite airplane. These are some remarkable builds.
The story behind what happened that day on December 4th, 1950 at the Chosin Reservior is even more so. This looks like a very good book...as does the book he wrote called "Spearhead".

One of my favorites as well.
Recently started a very old kit dating from 1963 from Revell of the Korean F4U.

Nice work! I love that kit. I was going through the stash last night and discovered I still have two -4s and one of the -4B boxing’s with the white metal cannons.
