1/35 Bio Chemical Warrior (Resin)
Havent posted for a while but heres one of my many projects i just finished.
This figure was a real plesure to build and paint.up until i came to the gun.it is basicly a russian DSHK .50cal machine gun with some sort of modification to the upper reciever.the resin barrel was realy bent and i could not straighten it up.so i had a brass barrell set laying around so i switched it out.
Of note is the ring around the top of the barrell that joins the top and bottom pieces.i used Tamiya masking tape to simulate this.it worked great u would never know.i also used the resin front sight and the muzzle break from the original bent barrell.
The base was very simple i added some flock to the cracks of the tiles and some other greenery.it was easy to paint.
These figures can be purchased on Ebay for less than $30 Australian dollars abd are very well worth it.
This bio chemical stuff is new to me i mainly do WW2 or modern stuff but i recently found some figures from one of my favourite video games S.T.A.L.K.E.R.thats how i found this guy.im going to have a lot more figures like this.the STALKER figures are very colorful and a nice change from the drab colors i normaly use.
Looking great, Adam!
nice, next is campfire and guy with guitar
Remember, no pre-orders.
