1/72 Tamiya Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 Slovak Squadron 13 in combat on 26 June 1944.
Improvements include:
Added rivets to entire airframe
Masked and painted all markings except octane triangle & data-late.
Quinta Studios #72037 interior decals.
Ceramic wire antenna aerial.
Anti-vibration cones molded from plasticard.
MRP acrylic lacquers airbrushed through Iwata HP-C and Custom Micron-C.
Not enough superlatives to praise this kit. It's an absolute pleasure to build.
Amazing job, James! Hard to believe it is only 1/72!
Well done!
To me this is a superlative Gustav, James @jkelleycrna
All the extras and paintwork, especially in this scale, look great.
Very sharp looking build. Congrats!
Nice work, Janes! German mottling in 1/72 is not for the faint of heart.
Good looking Gustav! I agree - the Tamiya G is a great kit to put together.
Nicely done James.
Very nice! Great painting!
Nice little fighter. Love that you made it in 1/72 . Great result!
As stated above I too couldn't believe your Gustav was 1/72. Really well done James.
Amazing work in any scale, let alone 1/72.
