1/48 Brazilian A-4M Skyhawk VF-1 FAlcoes

February 1, 2024 · in Aviation · · 11 · 246

This is the venerable Hasegawa A-4M in Brazilian Navy markings. I also modified a Monogram 1/48 figure as a pilot-pretty close. I have a carrier deck display too. This is a relatively rare boxing I found. I used the Eduard detail set & Aftermarket decals. I wonder if the new Magic Factory A-4M will cover this variant? I still think the Hasegawa kit is a great kit. There are a few addition for this variant covered in the boxing. The big one is the Tail antennas which were on the Eduard set...BTW- This is a very close to the A-4KU boxing version since Brazil acquired these planes from Kuwait.

I have a lengthy scooter list, hopefully the next one is almost done and soon to be posted here: TA-4PTM.
I have a Brazilian A-4M in the queue along with an Argentine Fightinghawk, among others.
Beautiful in flight shot of the view of the commemorative scheme from the rear cockpit of a Brazillian TA-4(KU)!
    You did a great job.
    Dan.
