Hi folks,

this 1970 mould was wandering around the crypt and, selected to be tossed out was, suddenly, granted a second chance.

Not a contest job,but at least saved the poor guy from the scrapyard...hope you like it.

Marcus

  1. Hi Marcus,

That's a lovely paint job. Love the camo scheme. I'd love to see the underside of your Scmitt. Is it the light blue scheme?

  2. Just too, too cool. Saving that bad boy served you well as the perfect canvas for those squigglies. Neat.

  3. G’day Marcus (@mvtb),
The excellent camouflage hides any faults that the kit may have.
    Liked!

  4. Looks great! I love when older kits get some love and are turned into good display models. 99% of models are built for fun and our home shelves - not for contests. Thanks for posting.

  5. Good decision. It turned very nice.

  6. Really superb paintwork. That scheme is very interesting. I'm always glad to see one of these kits of that generation show up, to remind us we have nothing to complain about regarding the state of models today.

  7. Excellent job and a really nice result, Marcus!

  8. A very cool winter scheme, Marcus @mvtb
You really got a perfect build out of this old kit.

  9. A nice save, and a cool scheme! Well done.
