  1. "Restoration", you say...? Do you happen to have any pics of how it looked prior to your re-build...? It looks pretty sweet right now (even without more stores). 🙂

    • unfortunately I did not took photos before restoration. I am currently working Hasegawa A-4 model, and I remembered that I have this old model that was damaged and ugly. I got the inspiration to rebuild it. The first time when I build it in late eighties, I did not use the putty, model was yellowed, gray FS 36440 was wrong and so on. I rebuilt it the so that model was partially disassembled, cleaned and prescribed. I used the rest of the kit decals and some surplus decals from other models.

      btw

I have one more old and broken ESCI A-4 which would renew but have no decals for it

  2. Very nice restoration! The Scooter is such a fun airplane, and the Marine versions are my favorite. I have to say - that's a lot of effort to go into a restoration project, and I've never thought of diving in that deep, but you achieved excellent results!

  3. Very nice, Zoran.

  4. awesome Zoran- I have a ton of the 1/48 ESCI A-4- I have plans to have a USN adversary fleet in the end- snatched a bunch up back in the days when postage was sane...
