After a longer pause, my dad finished another race car.
Tamiya kit, first released in 1978, this is the 2010 edition with Cartograf decals. Sadly they didn´t perform as used to, so painted all the gold on the main body with Gunze H9 Gold. [...]

Typical Roden kit so it didn´t turn out "perfect". Markings with Iliad Design decals. Seems nobody knows the Chinese camo colours, if they had any specific ones. Usually in kit and decal [...]

Ark Models kit mostly oob. The kit is modular for different versions. For the Type 10 you have to sand off the cockpit door and an access panel on the right side.

Tamiya kit oob, thanks to the quality it was an easy and straight forward build.

The second of three I-16 my dad finished since the new year started.
Eduard kit, decals are a mix of Begemot and Blue Rider, painted with AK RC AII Green and Blue.

One of my dad´s more rare excursions in the modern jet world.
