The finish line is right around the corner. I just need to add the pitot tube, prop and antenna rigging.
And fix that tire chunk.

Getting real close to the finish line, but I broke off the antenna while rigging it. To be honest, the kit antenna mast is extremely thin and flexes like crazy if any tension it applied to it so it's better left alone. So I did what i always do when this happens: grab a thin piece of solid brass rod, hammer it flat, dremel it to shape (above), and superglue it back in place. Two steps forward and one step back!

That's a great idea with the brass rod to make a metal antennae. I think we all have had problems with this before. That will stop it from happening.

You have done a wonderful job with your Ki-84. I too am looking forward to seeing your final pictures ... 🙂
