1/48 Hasegawa F-104G Starfighter TuAF 191st sqd.
Here is my recently finished Starfighter.
This is 1/48 Hasegawa F-104G with the markings of Turkish Air Force 191st squadron markings in 1972.
Cockpit modified by using Eduard PE instrument panel and CMK C2 ejection seat.
Different tones of Alclad lacquers are used for natural metal painting .
National roundels and flags are from Turquoise decal set. Fuselage code numbers and serials are from my spare box.
Finally pitot tube replaced by Master Model AM 48-044
Happy Modelling

The neat thing about the engineering of Hasegawa F-104 kits is that they make a mediocre modeler look good, a good modeler look great and a great modeler gets elevated into the master modeler category. Looks to be a MMC model.

I remember building an Airfix 1/72 kit of the Starfighter many, many years ago, I’m sure it didn’t look anywhere as good as this, full marks, Tolga!

Tolga, fantastic job on an aircraft that is always going to look fantastic, beautiful, and brand new no matter what year it is! Kelly Johnson knew how to design them. And your photos are outstanding, were they taken in full sunlight? Thanks so much for posting!

Thank you Robert,
Yes all the pictures were taken in sunlight without flash.
