Eduard Me109E-1

July 20, 2014 · in Aviation · · 13 · 1.8K

Still working on my D-Day build, I've become stuck on the tricky fit of the cowls on the 190 kit, but in the meantime I built this Eduard Mw109E-1 with Brassin engine, cockpit and radio bay (not that you can see muck of the radio bay through the small access hatch), painted with Vallejo Model Air.

  9. Lovely build Bernard, nice finish to.
How did the Vallejo model air paints go on?

    • I don't have any problems with them, I use a Grex Tritrium.TG3 and use them straight out of the bottle apart from a drop or two of Vallejo airbrush thinner to reduce tip dry.

  10. Bernard,
    Absolutely gorgeous.
