P-8A Poseidon Hasegawa 1/200
This is the Hasegawa 1/200 P-8A Poseidon. It was built OOB using Gunze Mr Color and Alclad paints. This model was built on commission from the Moffett Field Museum in Mountain View,CA and will be delivered to them this upcoming Friday.
Very nice, but...where's the tailhook? 🙂 Just kidding!
A real beauty, so much detail, but where's the refueling probe for the basket?
Hi Robert the P-8 is an anti-submarine patrol plane so no refueling probe like on a tanker. This plane replaces the P-3 Orion.
Nice clean finish! Very sleek aircraft, even with the porcupiny things poking out of it!
Nice work, Geoffrey...good to see you posting again.
Beautiful finish on this, Geoffrey, definitely museum standard.
Is the P-8A a Military 737?
Tidy work in this scale. Well done.
737-800 military conversion to P-8
That's great! I really want one of these in 1/144.
Very nice work in that small scale! I like it!
Great work Geoffrey!
My nephew builds the engines for that aircraft. Where did you find the kit? Was it a fairly straightforward build? Any problems?
