In 1:48 this is a large model (that parasol wing is HUGE), so 1:72 is probably more manageable and as can be seen here, still has plenty of impact.
Thanks Rob, yes still quite big in 1/72, where would you put several in 1/48?
Nice job, Allan...I have MY PBY hanging from the ceiling. 🙂
Thanks Craig, too much dust in my house for that !
Beautiful Catalina
Thanks Bernd.
Nice job John, very impressive build. How was the parts fit on this kit? Any issues?
Thanks Tom, everything fits OK, the only faults that I know of are the frames on the blisters and the control yoke, Allan.
Beautiful, John! What do you use for foliage green from The MM range? I use Humbril #149.
Thanks John, FS 34092 Euro dark green, Allan.

Nice Cat !
Thanks Robert, meoww !
Nice job Allan. I have one unbuilt it looks like a nice kit apart from the kit decals which are pretty poor.
Thanks Anthony, yes not much to the kit decals, I only used the instrument panel, should be plenty of after market decals.
Nice to see one over all green Aussie machine. Looking good.
Thanks Stellan.
Another nice one Allan!
Thanks Greg.
