I find ship models patently difficult to photograph, particularly on shows where about half of them tend to arrive in glass cases - rather impentetrable to a camera unless one uses a polarization filter and/or custom lighting. So here's the selection of remaining, i.e. photographer-friendly objects on display - but then there are some very interesting ones here, too.

Some fabulous examples here. You have to spare a thought for the modellers who have turned out remarkable projects and yet receive no recognition whatsoever. Tough lot to judge.
