1/48 Hobbycraft Hawker Hurricane Mk1 RAAF 1945
. See info taken from Point Cook website. Word is, we kinda took it ourselves, after being over run by the Japanese up in the Philipines or like. Open to opinion. So awesome. I’m hoping we nicked it. 🙂 —
It’s an old kit, but it goes together like a dream. I should have taken the Mk2 cannon bulges out but being bare metal, I was too chicken to stuff it up. 🙂
Hope you like. Model master enamels used. I love the silver dope and polished aluminium combination.

Don’t think I’ve seen a Hurricane in bare metal…..nice finish (it’s different).

Nice !, unusual scheme for a Hurricane.

Interesting scheme. Man, what a tiny “glare” panel – wonder if it actually helped…!

Not sure if it’s my favourite Hurricane livery, but you’ve certainly done a good job with this.
