Harrier Gr.7 – ZG-501 (1996)

March 12, 2017 · in Aviation · · 10 · 3.1K

Dear Mates,
here my recent finished build, a Gr.7 from Eduards Ltd. Edition.
I have to say that this kit was my personally nightmare, I had a lot of troubles with it (was not always the fault of the kit ;))
But at the end the result was not so bad, I like the NATO-Green camouflage and the complexity of this airplane.
Cheers, Christian

Nice job Christian. I wish they had provided a full store load for this aircraft. Hasegawa did not provide one either. Looks great in the green. Nice one.

  2. Despite any "troubles" encountered, it certainly turned out good...I like it - nice work.

  3. Thank you very much for your kind words gentlemen! Indeed there was not to much loadout included, two more sidewinders, one more external tank and the gunpods but thats it...for me no problem as I do not load weapons to my builds usually 😉

  4. Great looking Harrier! It's a nice change-of-pace scheme for a Harrier also.

  5. Nice to see a Harrier, especially when it's as good as this.

  6. Thanks again my friends!

  7. Awesome mate! They look good in green! Does this kit have the engine as well?
I've got a 1/32 GR-7 on the bench at the minute, I don't know whether to go for a grey colour scheme or an arctic camo... What do you think?

  8. Thx Richard! The kit does not have the engine...Would love to see your GR-7 in an arctic-camo - this looks so cool - but if you decide to choose grey, it would certanly also look great!

  9. I like this a lot - As the others have said, it is great to see a Harrier in the (short lived) two-greens scheme. Very nice model, Christian.

    Ian.
