Ducati Desmosedici GP4, Troy Bayliss, Moto GP 2004.
1/12 Tamiya, almost OOB with a few small modifications, finished in MM Italian red and Tamiya enamels with Future over kit decals, I started building this in 2015, my first model finished for the Year of the Cat GB.
The word "excellent" comes to mind Allan... The "Du (cat) i" turned out marvelous. You're a model building machine my friend... 🙂 and your attention to the little details are second to none. The exhaust pipes look very realistic, and the red paint is simply stunning...
Thanks for all of your contributions to our recent "Year of the Cat" GB. Builds like yours made it even better than I ever could have hoped for.
Thank you Louis, a great GB.
Allan, Looks to me that you went down to the local motorcycle dealership and just took some pictures of the real thing. That's how good this looks ! This is a real beauty, Well done !
Thanks Terry, I don't think they'd have these at a dealership !
Beautiful work, sir...and equally beautiful photos.
Thanks Craig.
Beautiful build, Allan. Classic bike and legend of a man! Gorgeous and pristine project.
Thanks David, and for the action pic', Troy has been racing a Ducati in the Australian superbike championship this year !
i think amazing pretty well sums it up...man, what a paint job
Thanks Bob.
What - no wings?!
Apparently you have even more skills than I imagined! A very nice bike you finished there.
Thanks Greg, the latest versions have wings !
I know you took the photos at a race track. Real fine work Allan!
Thanks Robert, havn't been to a race for years !
Spectacular! I agree with Terry: You took a photo of a REAL 1/1 size bike.
Hard to believe that's a plastic model!
Thanks Jeff.
Magnificent work Allan! A great "Cat" all the way. You did a excellent paint job with the red, and the details look fantastic too.
Thanks Ferry.
Spot on mate! I’d like to build this kit at some point myself.
Thanks Richard, I look forward to seeing yours.
