GMC, 2 1/2-Ton Cargo Truck, Tamiya, 1st Army 3549th Transport. Corp. Truck Co. #37, July 1944, Normandy
After a 53 year break, back to modeling in January. This is the 5th kit since returning.
Haven't done any weathering yet, may return later. Now I've a 1/350 Hobby Boss Soviet submarine
to tackle. Will post pics when done.

Nice start Stu, I am sure it will have a good finish when done.
Thx
Thx DE, U R correct it need some good weathering. Normandy July
1944 was mostly very dry & dusty. I'll take that as a guide.
After a 53 year break you are building like this, seems like you never had a break at all. Great build, keep them coming.
Thx, Marc
well done sir
Thanks, Bob
Great truck! I like the load of fuel drums and such.
Glad you like it, Robert. Built it for my late Dad was a WWII vet, 665th Ordnance
Am. Co. Utah Beach D-Day+12, Normandy. I'm sure he worked with these trucks
full of live ammo. He was a MSGT who drove a Jeep for one of Gen. Patton's staff officers.
