Yak-1b (Eduard 1/48)

December 30, 2018 · in Aviation · · 22 · 2.8K

My final model of 2018 – Yak-1b "Liberated Donbass" of 257th IAP, Yugoslavia, late 1945. The kit by Accurate Miniatures, repackaged by with some PE parts and masks. This is completely OOB build, I've only added Pitot tube made from brass tubing, navigation lights, and a landing light.

Painted with authentic AKAN enamel paints (series 6), weathered with oils and pigments.

Thanks for watching!
